This lightly oxidized oolong unfolds in layers: floral orchid and gardenia on the nose, creamy butter on the palate, and a sweet, lingering aftertaste known as hui gan. Its tightly rolled jade-green leaves reopen dramatically during brewing, releasing their full aromatic complexity.
