Purchases Made Through Amazon or Other Retailers

Most products featured on The Cup of the World link to Amazon or another independent retailer. When you complete a purchase on a third-party retailer’s website, that retailer or seller processes your payment and handles fulfillment, shipping charges, delivery estimates, carriers, tracking, delays, and other shipping-related concerns according to its own policies.

The Cup of the World does not receive, ship, or control the delivery of orders completed through Amazon or another third-party retailer. Please use the order-help and tracking options provided by the retailer where you completed your purchase.

Direct Tea Purchases

Five Cup of the World tea products are available for purchase directly through our online store and are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party tea fulfillment partner.

Available shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with the order.
